Preview Day 2 Hello Bluebird: Best Days

Hello!! Welcome Back to my Blog for Hello Bluebird’s Preview Day 2! I am excited to share a card I created featuring the stamp set called “Best Days”. This card also features the very amazing Nesting Square Dies as well as the corresponding dies to the stampset. 

 

This Stamp set really won me over with its adorable fur babies and beautiful girl on her bicycle, and lovely sentiments. 

The first step to creating this card involved stamping out all my images on smooth, color pencil friendly paper using Inkon3’s Fadeout ink. I used Polychromos Color Pencils to color all my images. 

The next step involved die cutting my card base/ background using the Square Nesting Dies! These dies are such a great size for Cardmaking! I absolutely love it! Next, I used distress ink to ink up my background and I also used a grass die to cut out the grassy portion of the background. 

I layed out all my images and glued

Them down. I used some foam tape to add some dimension to the girl on the bicycle. 

And that completes my card!
